Advance Amount The advance amount paid at the time of booking is strictly non-refundable under all circumstances.
Cancellation by Guest
Any cancellation after booking confirmation will result in forfeiture of the advance amount.
No refund will be provided for no-show, early departure, or unused services.
Cancellation Due to Weather or Road Conditions
Tours in the Northeast are subject to weather conditions, landslides, road blockages, and government restrictions.
In such cases, no cash refund will be provided.
Route changes or alternate sightseeing may be arranged based on feasibility.
Permit & Government Restrictions
Inner Line Permit (ILP), forest permits, and border permissions are issued by government authorities.
If permits are delayed, restricted, or denied, no refund will be applicable.
Safari & Activity Cancellations
Jeep safari, elephant safari, and adventure activities depend on forest department rules, weather, and availability.
Cancellation or non-operation of these activities does not qualify for any refund.
Tour Operator Cancellation
In rare cases where the tour is cancelled by the operator due to unavoidable reasons, guests may be offered an alternative date or destination.
Refund, if any, will be limited to the amount recoverable from hotels and service providers.
Force Majeure No refund will be provided for cancellations arising due to natural disasters, strikes, political disturbances, pandemics, or any situation beyond human control.
Refund Processing
If any refund is approved, it will be processed within 7–14 working days.
Bank charges, gateway fees, or service charges (if applicable) will be deducted.
