  1. Booking Confirmation
    The tour booking will be confirmed only after receipt of the required advance payment.
  2. Advance Payment
    The advance amount paid at the time of booking is non-refundable under any circumstances.
  3. Balance Payment
    The remaining tour amount must be paid before the start of the journey or as informed at the time of booking.
  4. Cancellation Policy
    • Cancellation after booking confirmation will result in forfeiture of the advance amount.
    • No refund will be provided for unused services, early departure, or missed sightseeing.
  5. Permit & Entry Rules
    • Inner Line Permit (ILP), forest permits, border permits, and local permissions are subject to government approval.
    • Any delay or denial of permits is beyond the tour operator’s control, and no refund will be applicable in such cases.
  6. Itinerary Changes
    The itinerary may be altered due to weather conditions, road closures, landslides, government restrictions, or safety concerns. The tour operator reserves the right to modify the route, sightseeing, or stay without prior notice.
  7. Vehicle & Road Conditions
    • Road conditions in Arunachal Pradesh and other hilly regions can be challenging.
    • In certain areas, local vehicles may be mandatory and may be charged extra if not included in the package.
  8. Hotel & Accommodation
    • Hotels/homestays are subject to availability.
    • In remote locations, accommodation will be basic but clean and comfortable.
  9. Weather Conditions
    Weather in the Northeast can change suddenly. Delays or cancellations due to weather, landslides, or natural calamities will not be eligible for refunds.
  10. Safari & Activity Timings
    Jeep safari, elephant safari, and adventure activities are subject to forest department rules, weather, and availability. Failure to operate these activities will not entitle guests to any refund.
  11. Health & Fitness
    Guests are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit to travel in high-altitude and remote regions. The tour operator will not be responsible for any health-related issues.
  12. Personal Belongings
    The tour operator is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during the trip.
  13. Force Majeure
    No refund will be provided in case of natural disasters, strikes, road blockages, political disturbances, or any situation beyond human control.
  14. Responsibility Clause
    Guests are expected to follow local rules, respect local culture, and cooperate with the tour coordinator for smooth execution of the tour.
